COMPOSITION AND THE WORK OF PARISH COUNCIL (PCC)
Every parish that is established by the Bishop has a governing organ that is known as the parish Council. The Parish council is composed of: The Parish Priest who is the Chairman, All Priests, Deacons and Church Army stuff holding office in the parish. Among its many and varied functions is to actively support and work with the Parish priest in the initiation, conduct and development of church work within the parish with a view to establishing the truth of the Gospel more widely and deeply in the hearts of the people and preparing them for effective witness within and outside the parish.

THE COMPOSITION AND THE WORK OF LOCAL CHURCH COUNCILS (LCC)
Local Churches are part of the parish under the care of the Parish Priests. The affairs of the Local Church are controlled by the Annual General Meeting and the Local Church Committee. Every recognized local church in the parish must therefore have a local church committee LCC. The Parish Priest or his nominee is the Chairman. The functions of the Local Church Council moreless like those of the Parish Council include; To actively support work with the Parish Priest in the initiation, conduct and development of Church work within the Parish with a view to establishing the Truth of the Gospel more widely and deeply in the hearts of the people and preparing them for the effective witness within and outside the parish.
